Welcome on Dzikie Podlasie

I am biologist, forester, ecologist, lover of the Bialowieza Forest and Podlaskie Voivodeship. I am licensed guide around the facilities of the Bialowieza National Park. I was born and raised in this region. The Bialowieza Forest is my home, which constantly amazes and inspires me.  It is a secret that I learn and discover every day.  I invite you to discover and get to know a wonderful piece of Europe together.

Good to know

When going on a field trip that lasts several hours, remember about:

appropriate equipment - clothes and shoes adapted to the weather conditions
let's stock up on packed lunch
remember about drinks (warm in a thermos in winter, water in summer)
in the summer let's stock up on mosquito and tick repellants
wandering in the forest we try to communicate in an undertone so as not to disturb forest inhabitants
on the eve of the trip, let's check the weather forecast, not all weather surprises are pleasant
